My practice centers on the general counsel of clients ranging from startups to midcaps, as well as providing traditional intellectual property counseling and service.  

 

Many of the matters I have counseled on relate to technology and increasingly involve emerging sectors, such as cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and AI.

Before founding Nupp Law, I practiced as senior in-house counsel to ABB Inc.  Prior to that, I practiced at law firms in New York City and in Cleveland.
